@MoronPundit Pretty sure that BAM corporate finally did book keeping/inventory for the store and that’s the reason the fired both of the new store owners today. There’s a record of Sales in their POS for SKUs probably not in their inventory around $100k with payouts not equating to that.

It's been said by most reporting on the story that the consignment deal between Chrystal Gorman and Brian Mansell was permitted by BAM in their franchising agreement.

THIS IS FACTUALLY FALSE ❌❌❌

According to Section 8 C (first image) of that very same agreement, franchisees are expressly PROHIBITED from selling products not purchased from approved vendors/suppliers.

Section 1 A (second image), which has been collectively misinterpreted as permission to consign product as Chrystal did, permits franchisees to consign SERVICES (such as third-party labor for birthday parties), not PRODUCTS (physical inventory). This is a key difference which completely changes what most have been told up to this point.

It should also be noted this document was released ALTERED with wording cropped out that any consignment SERVICES must be approved by BAM. So even if this WAS permission to consign as Chrystal and Reckless Ben have falsely claimed, it would STILL invalidate Chrystal's LEGO consignment.

This CONFIRMS BAM's claim that they do not allow consignment at their stores. Reckless Ben has been CAUGHT LYING once again!
