@arrivanorthwest I am disappointed at the service of the 18 to croxteth park.single buses at peak & not turning https://t.co/hVEJoptJw2 buses going to & from L1 , always seem to be 10 service gets priority & a great service , what's happening. This is the only bus available !
@lpoolcouncil@LpoolCityRegion 2 lots of roadworks in croxteth park causing gridlocks on the estate, took nearly 2 hours to get to town this morning @arriva 3 18s were all stuck in tuebrook for 20 mins , only one way in & out of the estate & 3 weeks of this !!!!
@arrivanorthwest my app wasn't working this morning , qr code wouldn't show, it was the same tonight, I logged out & logged back in & now my ticket isn't showing, I have a yearly pass ?
5 x 10A buses while waiting for 1 18 bus within 20 mins !!!! What's happening @arrivanorthwest@Merseytravel our 18 service has declined over the past 6 months !!
@Merseytravel@arrivanorthwest On a good day they do , I find it incredible we only have one bus operating the Croxteth park estate , the amount of people who use this daily , most buses are packed or running late, then 2 buses together !
#LiverpoolCityRegion I have tried to fill in the survey #movingbusesforward but I can't understand some of it, we just want one bus company so we can use 1 pass or ticket on every bus, air conditioning & regular services
