Officer says "I don't have badge number" and "You watch too much YouTube law"—when the woman asks him for his identification.
The men are officers in the state-authorized "Company Police Department" under North Carolina law.
Company Police officers have limited police powers—including arrest authority—on the specific retail properties they are contracted to protect.
Incident occurred outside the Harris Teeter supermarket in Greensboro, North Carolina.
