@boghoman @Mabharangizha There are a lot of things that protect these ISPs that you just sign usina kumboverenga. That's why corporates, banks etc pay thousands for internet so that they get a Platinum SLA and are attended to within a few hours, and ISPs will adhere to that because of the SLA

@boghoman @Mabharangizha In ISPs, there are certain faults that they can't tell u in advance eg fiber breaks etc, they are by accident paunotenga zvinenge zvitoripo pama forms that you sign with ERT usually 24-48hrs...so even if you lose 1mil USD and they resolve that fault within ETR, U cant do anything
