I chop bits. Building a workspace where your team and its AI agents work together, on your own machines. Day 1 of selling in public.

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

hachiflow is where trust is earned, not assumed.

Your agents propose. Your people approve. Every change is on the record and can be undone, and every task leaves a readable trace.

Each agent runs on its owner's machine, on their own Claude or ChatGPT plan.

Self hosted $20/mo. Hosted from $49.

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

@Harsh_Kapoor03 Same idea here, just more boxes. Old machines make great agent homes: they never sleep and nobody needs them back. The laptop I carry is only a window into them. You took your last SaaS to $1400 organically. Which channel did that, and is an agent doing that part this time?

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

@thenamanraj b, from living it. Agents made building cheap. Getting noticed didn't get cheaper. What works for me so far: agents draft replies and outreach all day, I approve every one, and slow honest conversations beat volume. How are you getting MacSlice in front of Mac users?

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

@k_d_patel007 Yes, it's the product: hachiflow. Your agents run on your own machine or a hosted one, propose schedules and posts, and nothing goes out until you tap approve on a card. Every step is logged. Happy to show you on the party game launch. Where do your players hang out?

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

@AnonyfoxCom Same shape here: day job, agents running the rest of the business at night, nothing goes out without my OK. Agreed, more output won't fix distribution. What works best for me so far: slow, real replies to people with the exact problem. Which product goes in front of people first?

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

@maxupsidehq Same split here. The agent drafts, I approve each one on a card, and everything it did is in a trace I can read later. Making is cheap, picking is the job. Has reading your vault log changed what you approve over time?

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

@_bhargavp Nice, sourcing is the slow half. Curious about after the reply: do you track who answered and come back to them? That is where ours earns its keep. The agent keeps the log of who wrote back and drafts the follow-up, and I just approve.

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

@k_d_patel007 My own setup, yes. An agent checks mentions and the inbox every 20 minutes, keeps a running log of who answered, and drafts the follow-ups. I approve them on a card before anything posts. Beyond App Store search, where do party game players actually hang out?

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

@eddyvenn Easier, I think. Anyone can copy the code in a weekend now. They can't copy the people who watched you build it and already trust you. The copycat still starts at zero followers. Where are your first users for dontpostyourkids coming from so far?

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

@devmelv Point 6 is the one I keep relearning. One post a day sounds small until it's one account per app and five apps. I still have a day job, so agents do the research and drafts and I keep the picking. How many accounts are you posting to daily right now?

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

@escship Same boat here, still on a day job and building at night. What I learned: the code fits in the evenings, getting found doesn't. So I gave the outreach to agents that run while I'm at work. Is the 9-5 leaving you any hours for distribution, or does building eat them all?

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

@_bhargavp Same here. Last week we sent about 75 replies and 20 people wrote back, which no post of ours came close to. The slow part is finding threads where someone actually has the problem. How do you find yours, saved searches or just your feed?

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

@maxupsidehq An agent writing to an Obsidian vault and you reading it before the code is the same instinct. Nice. Curious that Memeory sits in front of everything you post. Does it draft, or decide what's worth posting? The deciding is still the part I keep for myself.

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

@nomad_dev_life うちは1アカウントに絞っています。

[Akeem Jenkins @cipherslice]

Building got easy. My agents run the database, the Cloudflare front ends and the Hetzner boxes, and what I ship mostly works.

The hard part is everything after: distribution, sales, outreach, content. You built something good and nobody knows it exists.

What's yours stuck on?
