That time a @FedEx driver dropped off 4 boxes on my porch dripping w/ green paint as if it was acceptable. And the Fed Ex rep on the phone suggested I call @HomeDepot as if they sent it out like that. 🙄 Let’s see if Fed Ex does what they should & repairs the damage to my porch.

Always great to see an equal amount of poor customer service at the @Lowes AND @HDCares stores. SOOO many employees walking around, yet no one around to actually help customers. Wish there was a third option. 🙄

Not only was the flight delayed repeatedly….but now…there’s nothing like being stuck on an @AmericanAir plane because someone can’t figure out how to get us to the gate 🤦🏾‍♀️ Please, do better.
