@JustSunnyNow so yeah there's nothing wrong with making him shrimpy (in moderation) as long as you don't remove the depth that comes with it. that's the core of za/um's approach with him—poc that abide by stereotypes deserve to be treated as real 3d people too

@JustSunnyNow you could even argue that certain superficial personality traits (tightassery, emotional closedness) are meant to mock stereotypes. but what prevents it from becoming a full-on caricature is that kim is all of those things and more. the more is important. he's a 3 dimensional guy
