@fireangelsafety Another day with no contact from you about replacing a faulty alarm. It's now almost 2 weeks since I initially contacted you about a replacement under warranty. Do you consider 2 weeks and still no resolution an accurate representation of your customer service?
The @fireangelsafety "customer service" is probably the worst I've ever come across. I'm still waiting after 2 weeks for them to admit the unit is faulty and send out a replacement so that I can protect my household again. They often leave at least a day between contact to stall.

You're no the only one @rothaidhe - This is sooo frustrating. We've supplied @fireangelsafety with the batch number and they keep stalling, re-asking questions they've already asked. Please replace these faulty alarms @fireangelsafety
