@VoltShine I just find it hilarious that they don't even try to disguise it at all.

They're just so unashamedly like "Yes. This is exactly what you think it is", whereas you have something like Calvard which is a weird blend of like... North America and Asia.

Reflecting on Ys X: it's really funny to me how Trails is so detailed that the world has its own unique units of measurement...

But then the Ys world is over here naming countries things like Danmerk, Ispani, and the Romun Empire

So I'm not super far into Veilguard yet. Only a couple hours.

Maybe it tanks pretty hard later, but so far I'm really invested. They're doing a lot of cool things, and whoever played Male Voice 1 Rook is acting his ass off. Dude is not just chewing the scene, man's DEVOURING it

Question: Does the series ever explain why Bells are just like... Amplifiers for evil?

It feels like any time there's a bell present, something evil happens. (The ones in the Crossbell ruins, the Crossbell bell itself, Legram Castle, the Old Schoolhouse, etc)

@SpiderNinja9 Y0 for me. Basically every style feels great, being able to swap them all in the fly makes combat super fluid, and they each somehow feel different, but still perfectly in sync to make swapping feel nice.

Granted maybe they're all just in higher ranks. I mostly troll around casual matches.
