@virginmedia Nothing to do with my kit. Direct cable connection. Hub flashing red. Same for whole street. Again. Service status says it's down, which is reassuring. Usually when it's down the status page erroneously says it's just TV.

@virginmedia broadband down in our whole street AGAIN in Watford. This has been a weekly recurrence for months now. Piecemeal visits to customers in street by engineers. Still unresolved. If you'd like us all to switch to another provider, please stop hinting and say it!
