@FlySWISS my family Christmas holiday flight was cancelled 70 days ago. I am still waiting a full refund (which your staff promised). I don't believe you are meant to refund in installments. What should I do and is there compensation at this point? Asking here for advice now
@FlySWISS Thanks. KD7Z62. I can also forward to an email the latest correspondence from 18/9 when Swiss confirmed the last part of the refund will be issued. I am still waiting. Given the unnecessary effort to get my my money back I am now seeking compensation
@FlySWISS Thank you for your help Vernon. It was partially fixed at the airport and could swap another seat on the plane. Enjoyed the new economy plus cabin BTW
After paying for upgrade in eco+ my minor children are now scattered across different rows which I am not comfortable with given it's a night flight. Can you please fix this and show your #customerfirst side
@bobodtech@DanielHowley Is is the macro situation or - to use the analogy in the article - customers realising that renting a car is not that cost effective for frequent use especially when the rental company makes "incredibly high" margins? Maybe both?
@chilternbear11 According to UK gov data it looks more like 100% https://t.co/MTaS5Ry3xD. Still lower than France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece although they are not a great benchmark and are all backed by the EU
@BaileyWarren202 I am not questioning the result of the race. Clearly it was very close and a minor financial advantage probably had a major impact. If the sanction is small I expect years of arguments over 'minor' breaches until the rule is scrapped or a big team pulls out
When a championship is decided in a controversial last lap by a minor (less than 2%) difference in points how 'minor' is a minor breach of the financial rules and what consequences should it carry? #BudgetCap#F1#FIA#Governance#rules
Red Bull have been found in 'minor' breach of the F1 budget cap.
Aston Martin's breach deemed 'procedural'. All other teams are in compliance the FIA have confirmed.
@nationalcares Your team at Pisa airport was very good. Found an equivalent vehicle for a similar rate. Could have been simpler but the outcome matters. Thanks @nationalcares
@nationalcares I don't want to change reservation. With flight cancellations customer service means charge the original fee and maybe an extra for the overnight parking? The car was guaranteed for me for the week. Are you now going to charge a new spot rate for the same dates? #business#travel
So apparently the rule is that Benzema was #offside when Kroos touched the ball + the last player thing... now I can show my son why he should like geometry!
Wow by tomorrow everyone will have a PdD in offsideology... bounce from the defender and last player not being the keeper. What's the rule? #UCL#UCLfinal#LiverpoolVsRealMadrid#Offside
What role will consumers play in curbing demand for plastic?

Thank you to our Customers, Partners and Team Members for helping to deliver a record Q3 for @DellTech. $28.4bn, +21% growth, a great deal of digital value shared
@KarolMattila In my opinion yes. Not necessarily cheaper assuming the ring lasts beyond the one year warranty but it's clearer what I am paying fot. Personal opinion ๐
#subscription madness. I was looking forward to the new Oura Ring. Why pay a monthly subscription to access historical data collected by an already pricey device? #fitness#tracker
