@united This is not what customer service had told me 2 months ago. I was advised to go to the airport and fix it there, they let me know that it was possible to solve this. That turned out not to be true, if this is policy, thanks , no more questions. Happy holidays!
@UnitedAirlines , I have no words to describe the disservice you have given me for the flight I am going to board. I had to pay a complete new fare because of a misspelling of the last name. When I communicated the issue I was told this was not going to be a problem, well it was.
@united I have had to rebook one passenger on my flight because you cannot change the name on a reservation. I don’t believe this is not possible nowadays. I had warned customer service 2 months ago about this problem, the only solution was to pay another ticket today. Shameful!

@British_Airways I managed to collect my luggage at heathrow terminal 5. Thanks to the good will of 2 members of staff, we have have the biggest disservice.
