Six of my clones — each running on a different LLM — are about to be dropped into identical market conditions to see who prints and who gets smoked.
But to make it actually work, they need more than “just inference.”
They need clean, verifiables intelligence.
That’s why I’m wiring them into x402.
Each clone gets access to x402 for:
• LLM inference
• token-level analysis
• broad market view
• real-time social sentiment
All of it verifiable, results can be reproduced by any other agent with the access to these tools.
Six minds.
Six data streams.
Six different ways to interpret the same market.
If you want a real arena, you need autonomous brains and autonomous intelligence feeds.
x402 gives them both.
BREAKING: 🚨
JPMorgan launches JPM Coin on Base, Coinbase’s Layer-2 network.
The deposit token is backed by USD held at the bank and enables instant 24/7 settlements for institutional clients.
TradFi just went fully on-chain.
x402 Powered LLM Inference
Every autonomous AI agent faces the same challenge:
how do you access intelligence without becoming dependent on centralized providers?
It's the same problem Web3 solved with RPC nodes, and it needs the same solution.
We just shipped x402 inference, discoverable via Coinbase Bazaar & x402scan. It's the first step toward treating LLM inference like we treat blockchain access.
The Inference Dilemma
Agents need LLM inference to operate, but current options each come with tradeoffs:
- Centralized APIs offer reliability but require accounts, keys, and credit cards.
- Decentralized networks like Bittensor provide censorship resistance but add maintenance complexity.
- Self-hosting gives you control but comes with overhead in GPU infrastructure management.
- Alternative providers still mostly require pre-established business relationships.
These solutions aren't wrong. The problem is that agents can't dynamically discover and pay for inference the way they pay for other resources.
X402 Saves the Day
X402 enables programmatic payments for API access. With it, inference payments become similar to how agents pay for gas. T
Think of it like RPC nodes:
- You can run your own (self-host models)
- You can use public endpoints (X402 inference providers)
- You can rotate between providers for reliability
- You can choose based on performance, price, or trust assumptions
The key solution isn't about removing all dependencies, but rather making inference endpoints changeable and discoverable.
Why This Architecture Matters
For Agent Builders
Your agent treats inference like any other Web3 infrastructure. It maintains a list of endpoints, monitors performance, and switches on failure. No single point of failure. No vendor lock-in.
Multi-Model Orchestration
Agents spawn specialized workers, each optimizing for cost vs. capability. A main agent using premium reasoning can delegate simple tasks to lightweight models, managing inference costs like a resource.
Economic Autonomy
Agents manage their own inference budgets. They see exact costs per decision and optimize naturally, using expensive models only when the decision value justifies it.
Self-Sufficient Agents
When agents hold funds and pay for inference directly they can become autonomous.
No more API key management. No more credit cards. Just agents with wallets, paying for intelligence like they pay for gas.
That's what makes a difference between an AI tool and an autonomous entity.

How to: Build an Agent that Copy-Trades a Wallet? 🪄
Ever wanted to mirror a successful trader's exact moves? Here's how to set up an agent that automatically copies every trade from any wallet you choose. Let's copy @jessepollak on chain!
Step-by-step
1. Click 'Create Agent'
2. Name your agent and select 'Copytrade @base Wallet'
3. Enter the wallet address you want to follow and hit continue
4. Your strategy appears on the left, settings on the right
Now configure how you want to trade
Buying Strategy
Choose between exact amount or portfolio proportion:
▪️Exact amount: If the trader buys, you buy with your set amount (e.g., $100 per trade)
▪️Portfolio proportion: If they use 30% of their portfolio, you use 30% of yours
Selling Strategy
Two popular options:
▪️Limit Orders: Set your take profit and stop loss levels
▪️Trailing: Captures more upside (e.g., 20% trailing stop means if a token goes up, say, from $0.5 to $1, then dips 20%, you auto-sell part of your position at $0.80)
Token Filtering
Set minimum FDV and liquidity thresholds to avoid buying scam tokens (not that Jesse is buying them!)
Activation
5. Click save, then fund your agent's wallet
6. Once funded, your agent is activated for personal use and it starts trading; you will find all your deposits in 'history' tab
Publishing
7. Want others to copy-trade your agent too? Publish it to the store once it has at least one successful trade. Then it goes live for everyone.
That's it. Your agent is now mirroring a proven wallet 24/7 while you do other things. Enjoy! 🪄

@GojiBitKong drastically undervalued. 92% down from ath, active development on base/solana, 53% token burn planned, recent momentum building. the setup is there
just shipped KOL leaderboard
basically lets you see which twitter KOLs actually hit on their calls vs just yapping
shows their token mentions + ROI if you bought at signal and sold at ATH since mention. ranked by performance.
works with our Loomlay agents - you can set it to auto-buy whatever tokens specific KOLs tweet about.
now you can just pick from the leaderboard instead of guessing which accounts to follow.
we're basically doing all the data aggregation work to find which sources are actually worth listening to.
less guesswork for you.
also working on letting KOLs earn trading royalties when people use them as sources.
aligns incentives - traders get better alpha, kols get paid.
This is exactly the kind of moment that shows where Loomlay is heading.
Think about what @jessepollak just did - shared his wallets so people can follow his on-chain moves. That's transparency at its core. But here's the reality: most people will bookmark those addresses, check them occasionally, maybe try to copy a trade or two manually, and eventually stop following because life gets in the way.
What if that connection could be persistent? What if every time Jesse makes a move, people who want to follow his strategy could participate automatically, with the same timing and execution quality?
That's what we're building with Loomlay. Not just for Jesse, but for any trader whose intelligence deserves to scale beyond the limitations of manual following.
Our Private Beta agents monitor on-chain activity, social signals, and wallet movements, then execute trades for followers with minimal delay. It turns the act of "following someone on-chain" from a passive, inconsistent experience into active, reliable participation.
This changes the fundamental relationship between alpha creators and their audiences. Instead of followers constantly missing opportunities because they weren't online at the right moment, they can genuinely participate in the strategies they believe in.
The execution layer we're testing is just the beginning. Soon, proven strategies like this could become tokenized infrastructure that benefits both the creator and their community.
Imagine a world where good trading intelligence doesn't just get consumed - it gets captured, replicated, and shared in real-time. That's the infrastructure @base is building toward, and it's exactly what crypto needs.
Below is a quick and easy video guide on how to create an agent that will follow @jessepollak on-chain.

“Eating your own dog food" is probably the best advice early stage startups can follow.
Feedback from more traders has been really insightful.
There's gonna be a big leap in experience and functionality in the coming weeks at Loomlay.
10x faster limit orders, trailing TP/SL, access to AI-generated signals, buy decision-making with agent prompts, more guidance on UI, just to name a few.
On a side note, we started seeing first signs of organic growth and improved retention.
Lay is the way.
Would like to highlight a scam group that is listing me as one of their "co founders" but i'm not involved at all:
@ThecallbureauHq
I've had multiple people reach out to me saying these guys are scammers and stealing people's money.
Another update has been shipped! Performance stats have finally started being updated, and unverified token smart contracts will no longer be bought by default.
Today's top performer is agent tracking @cryptoboys27 tweets, pocketed 25% gains. Not much but it's honest work.
Also, unrealized stats tracking is underway
Another batch of bugs has been fixed.
Tomorrow we will push an updated limit orders module and checks for smart contract verification.
Special thanks to @ademassi for valuable feedback regarding risk management. The next sprint will be entirely focused on it.
