@Ford as a ford lightning 2023 owner, I am totally disappointed with the quality of the vehicle . My vehicle stopped charging a week ago and it took 1 week to get it to the shop to diagnose and now it seems there is a battery failure. And I don’t have an ETA on fix . No loaner.

No loaner or rental provided. Ford BEV support line is of no help. Dealer says they cannot provide loaner and I need to rent . But for that they need to first put some warranty claim . Don’t know when . I don’t have a vehicle now and am stuck . This is a real bad experience.

@lufthansa you completely messed up trip . The Bangalore to Frankfurt flight got delayed and messed up my connection . Rude staff , not helpful at all, bad service . now my rebooked flight also delayed . It’s a nightmare . Never going to travel using Lufthans

@FlyFrontier never ever flying with frontier . They are fleecing the customer . Canceling ticket within 24 hours of booking they don’t refund money , but give credit whereas other airlines offer refund . Completely customer unfriendly .
