casual approach. Took Gold AMC for 3 years. On calling customer care they sent a person who changed the cartridge but filter stopped working. Again raised complaint and visit was scheduled for 10 March but no call or visit till today. All this on record.

@WakefitCo It is frustrating and annoying that companies like Wakefit are not responding to consumers grievances despite of multiple calls and e mail reminders. [wakefit-2341411] PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED (Updated). They supplied damaged items twice which indicates the poor quality.

@agarwalpacker @rameshagrwl How long will it take Aggarwal ji. Case is not that complicated. Advance paid for the service but APML refused to pick saying sales team has booked in loss so operations team will not pick. Simply asking for refund of advance and not consequential damages . Refund it immediately.
