@Field_FTP@51chappie City have always evidenced their sponsorship with etihad was paid from Etihad. in 2015 and now. Etihad/UAE gov are the same funds. its a state airline. prem believes different, payments are from ADUG, city deny that.
@Field_FTP@51chappie not denied gov money - etihad is state owned and paid by UAE gov. all etihad sponsorship was declared each season and the prem signed off on city’s accounts. £960 over 9 years was declared and recorded. prem just believes etihad paid it from ADUG, city evidenced otherwise.
@JimOhSoSpurs IC found no evidence that contradicts city’s contracts or proof people lied, they just didn’t believe the evidence shown. 3 FFP breaches went to CAS and only one was over 5 yrs the other two had no evidence and city were fined €10m for lack of compliance.
