@lincolncouncil @visitlincoln @themanorhousebb The flag in the Guildhall is at half mast following the attacks in New Zealand and Utrecht. There was a memorial service in New Zealand on Friday and the flag remained at half mast for that. It will return to full mast tomorrow.
