On 12/03/2022, officers responded to the Crossings at Indian Run in Stuart, in reference to a shooting.
Ri'ahj Lee Thomas entered the apartment and shot the victim. Thomas is wanted in questioning of this shooting. If you see Thomas, do not approach, call 9-1-1 immediately.

Stuart Police Det. are actively investigating a shooting that occurred on 10th Street at 7:40pm on Thanksgiving evening.
3 individuals were shot, 2 critically and one is deceased.
To protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation, no other info will be released at this time.

City of Stuart Floating Dock Replacement to begin Aug. 16. During construction, the dock system and Riverwalk will remain open to boaters and pedestrian traffic. Pending weather delays, work should be completed by Aug. 19. More information on the $49,690 project attached.

The FEC railroad bridge in Stuart is unable to close. This is causing a problem for the northbound train.
