এ কেমন নতুন অ্যাপ্লিকেশন নিয়ে এলেন যে কোনটা FTTH আর কোনটা prepaid মোবাইল সেটাই বুঝে উঠতে পারে না। দ্বিতীয়ত আমার FTTH no 03212-232077 এর কোনও অস্তিত্ব নেই বলছে। অথচ এর ব্যবহার আমার বাড়ির লোকজন করে চলেছে। বর্তমান বিল জমা করতে গিয়ে এই ঘটনার সাক্ষী হলাম।

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport সেখানে সমাধানের পরিবর্তে বাহানা দিতে ব্যস্ত। হাওড়া থেকে সিঙ্গুর, এই দূরত্ব অতিক্রম করার জন্য নাকি পরিবহণ সংস্থার সমস্যার জন্য এত দেরি হচ্ছে। মানুষকে এরা এতটাই বোকা ভাবে।

@Flipkart বর্তমানে দায়িত্বজ্ঞানহীনতার আর এক নাম। এদের বিভিন্ন পারিশ্রমিক আছে, যেমন প্রচার মাধ্যম পারিশ্রমিক, পারিতোষিক পরিচালন পারিশ্রমিক ইত্যাদি। এত কিছু উসুল করার পরও এরা উপভোক্তার প্রয়োজনীয় বস্তু যথা সময়ে দিতে ব্যর্থ। শুধু ব্যর্থ নয়, চুড়ান্ত ব্যর্থ।

আপনাদের সমস্যাটা কী একটু বলবেন? বিগত কয়েকদিন যাবৎ বিদ্যুৎ পরিষেবা সুষ্ঠ ভাবে দিতে পারছেন না। এবং গতকাল দুপুরের পর থেকে তা বিপর্যস্ত, অথচ আপনারা কোনরকম বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করেন নি। এমনকী doucket এ কোনরকম সাড়াও দেন নি।
