@NasCostomano@JeremyClancy@LuxUltor 80% of Right-to-Buy houses now privately rented , with Local Authorities not allowed to replace them the number of homeless continues to rise to a level that any country should be totally shamed of . Private house builds a failure !
Zack Polanski's Greens have been clear from the start that Britain must stay out of America and Israel’s stupid, barbaric and criminal war on Iran. No wonder they've overtaken Labour in the polls. My new column for Middle East Eye:
https://t.co/MyyOElgOmK
Over 1,200 people have been killed in Iran since Israel and the US launched its illegal attacks.
Leaders may frame strikes as "defensive", but human beings will grieve all the same.
Starmer is dragging Britain into a catastrophic war. It is other people who will pay the price.
We cannot let Keir Starmer drag this country into another illegal war.
That’s why I tabled a Bill to require Parliamentary approval for the foreign use of British bases.
Today, I urged the Prime Minister to fulfill the promise he made in 2020 and pass this legalisation, now.
26 Police Officers were injured at today's riots but only 9 people were arrested.
Compare that with the peaceful Palestine Action protest where 0 Police Officers were injured but nearly 900 people were arrested.
The Government has got Law Enforcement ridiculously wrong.
He lied to taxpayers
He lied to pensioners
He lied to the disabled
He lied to students
He lied to farmers
He lied to energy bill payers
He lied to WASPI women
He lied to small businesses
Keir Starmer knows he is lying.
We know he is lying.
But he continues to lie.
I seem to have upset the @Nigel_Farage fan club - so let me be clear.
This man sows hate, lies and division.
He is a grifter and a conman.
He does not represent the vast majority of Britons.
RT if you agree
P.s. multiculturalism is great.
Palestinian statehood is an inalienable right. For the Prime Minister to be using it as a bargaining chip is a disgusting display of complicity in Israel’s genocide in Gaza.
If Starmer actually wanted to stop the murder and starvation of millions, he would stop arming Israel.
The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights condemned the proscription of Palestine Action as “disproportionate and unnecessary”, warning it risks creating “a further chilling effect” on protest and dissent.
A full judicial review has now been granted and if successful, the ban will be overturned.
This is the first step in fighting against Labour’s authoritarianism.
🚨Unite reps suspended on trumped-up charges!
This is a case of union busting, pure and simple - and @unitetheunion will not idly stand by while two hardworking shop stewards are singled out in this way. ⤵️
Keir Starmer used a private jet to watch the Lionesses win the Euros. £75,000 of taxpayers’ money spent on jetting between London and Zurich in the luxury Airbus A321 with his wife, despite him previously pledging to crack down on the unnecessary use of the government’s plane.
🚨REVEALED: @BhamCityCouncil has spent nearly £8m on agency labour to break the bins strike. Let that sink in: A Labour council has spent £8m of your money to break a strike by its workers who face losing £8,000 a year!
👮♂️ It is unlawful for an employer to use agency/other staff to cover the work of strikers
💰 The council could fix this strike for much less than it is spending on busting it.
Palestinian self-determination is an inalienable right, not a bargaining chip.
While children starve to death, Keir Starmer refuses to expel the Israeli ambassador, impose full trade sanctions, enforce a full arms embargo or end surveillance flights.
It’s Labour’s genocide too.
@UniteSharon Its for the https://t.co/D2d8RBZrmk to call time on the Labour Party its just another organisation that exploits and attacks working people .
Please don’t share this list of benefits Liz Kendall has claimed.
She’ll really hate it getting around that she claims far more from the public purse than any person on disability allowances!
🚨GDP | Government needs to be bold
Securing good jobs for the future, along with collective bargaining through trade unions is by far the best route to growth. Workers spend their wages in their local economies - they don’t send their money to the Cayman Islands.
So if we are serious about improving the economy, the government needs to move quicker and more decisively on improving jobs, pay and conditions - we can’t afford to wait for the investment, employment laws and joined up industrial strategy that the country needs. We won’t get growth by sitting on our hands. #GDP
