픽스들에게.
벌써 7년이라는 시간이 지났네요
처음엔 뭐가 뭔지도 모르고 마냥 데뷔하는 게 좋아서 시작했는데
어느새 이렇게 긴 시간을 여러분과 함께 보냈다는 게 아직도 신기합니다

돌아보면 저는 참 모자란 사람이었어요
서툰 것도 많았고 실수도 많았고 기대에 못 미쳤던 순간들도 있었을 텐데
그런 저를 끝까지 믿어주시고 응원해주시고 괜찮다고 말해주신 픽스들 덕분에
조금씩 더 나은 사람이 될 수 있었습니다 지금의 저는 분명 픽스들이 만들어주신 사람입니다
데뷔 초부터 오랫동안 저는 팬사랑이 많은 사람이라는 말을 들을 만큼 픽스들과 소통하는 시간이 정말 행복했었어요
그런데 어느 순간부터 제 마음의 여유가 부족했고 앞이 잘 보이지 않는 시간들 속에서 예전처럼 다가가지 못했던 것 같아요
기다렸을 픽스들에게 서운함을 드렸다면 정말 미안해요
마음에 여유가 없었을 뿐 픽스들을 향한 마음이 작아진 것은 절대 아니었어요

늘 가까운 곳에서 함께해주신 회사 직원분들과 스태프분들께도 감사드린다고 말하고 싶어요
여러분의 노력 덕분에 이 자리까지 올 수 있었습니다

많은 고민 끝에 이제는 가수라는 이름을 잠시 내려놓고
무대 밖에서 한 사람으로 새로운 삶을 살아가보려 합니다
쉽게 꺼낼 수 있는 말은 아니지만 지금의 저에게 꼭 필요한 결정이라고 생각했습니다
저도 초등학생 때부터 지금까지 노래하고 춤추며 살아왔기에
새로운 삶이 솔직히 두렵기도 하고 무섭기도 해요
그래도 또 저답게, 매사에 열심히 살아가보려고 합니다.

무대 위에서 보낸 시간은 제 인생에서 가장 빛나는 순간들이었습니다 그리고 그 중심에는 언제나 픽스들이 있었어요
저를 사랑해주셔서 감사합니다
모자란 저를 완성시켜주셔서 감사합니다
그리고 제 청춘을 함께 걸어와주셔서 감사합니다, 픽스들
이제는 각자의 자리에서 살아가겠지만
픽스들이 행복했으면 좋겠어요 진심으로요.
가끔 제 생각이 나면
“쟤 잘 살고 있겠지.” 하면서 한번 웃어주세요
저도 그렇게 픽스를 떠올리겠습니다

그리고 7년 동안 끝까지 함께 걸어온 우리 병곤이형, 용희, 현석이에게도 고맙다고 말하고 싶습니다
기쁜 순간도 힘든 순간도 함께 버텨줘서 정말 고마웠어

as someone who has been a fan of seunghun since day one, this part broke me in ways i could never imagine. he dedicated ten years into his trainee life and another 7 years when he debuted.. so reading this, him saying that he's now stepping back from being a singer hurts so bad
