@MercedesBenzUK after visiting a dealership in Wakefield at the weekend with a view to purchasing a new A35 AMG, however after being completely ignored by the dealership staff for over half an hour we left disappointed, I guess customer service isn’t Mercedes priority.

@TheRAC_UK absolutely appalling! My 18 year old daughter is stuck in her car in the middle of nowhere, with a flat tyre (damaged by a pothole) and has been waiting nearly 6 hours for someone to get to her! You should be ashamed!
