@UCC_ED Telecom service providers say they are yet to receive instructions from the regulator, UCC to this effect. Can UCC let the public know why such a globally embraced technology isn’t in use in the country when even our next door neighbours have embraced it?

@UCC_ED Uganda not eSIM ready. Several owners of eSIM phones especially the iPhone 14 purchased in the US market are unable to use their phone seven month is into the release of the phone and a few months to release of the next generation iPhone.
