@bt_uk I have a right as a customer within your terms and conditions, and your contract policy to exit the contract during the 14 day period.

No, I’d speak to an agent, they’d put me on hold and after 20+ minutes, the line would drop.
I simply wish to cancel my service. I am within the 14 day cool off period. It isn’t trivial.

I tried calling again, was on hold for a further 20 minutes and the call was dropped once again.

@McDonaldsUK I regularly buy your cheap and cheerful coffee on my travels, and I’ve never had a cup that hasn’t fallen apart or scolded my hand with boiling coffee before I’ve took a sip. I always ensure the lid is on. Please can you come up with a better cup to save my hands!
