For the last 8 years, over at @Steplab_co, we've been working on a project to codify HIGHLY EFFECTIVE TEACHING.

This week the trainees had a ITaP (intensive train & practice) week focusing on behaviour for learning. They have been exploring how to set expectations, establish and reinforce routines, as well as how to motivate pupils.
Today, they are unpicking their learning
