Imagine how angry you’d be knowing something was wrong with your cars gears in some way. Booking it in twice with Kia garage to be told there is nothing wrong with it. Then last night at 10.30 I broke down due to the gears.I didn’t get home until 1am @KiaUK this is not acceptable

@BlueAirWeb my dad accidentally adds 2 x cases on instead of 1. I ask for a refund as it was a genuine mistake and told ‘No, it’s our policy not to refund for luggage.’ There should be more of a common sense approach here. We won’t be flying with you again 👋
