@JYBally @briankrebs @elonmusk Yes, but there is a lot of grey area around this, minor breaches with limited risk don’t need to be reported, and even if they are reported, if there are mitigating controls, such as minimal risk of harm, the breach may not need to be reported to the data subjects at all.
