This is Dominic Aaron Lee Evans, a close buddy and ex-bandmate of Tommaso Cioni, who’s the son-in-law of Nancy and is married to Annie Guthrie.

Based in Tucson, Dominic is a local artist who helped kick off the indie/post-punk group Early Black back in 2007, where he handled drums, Tommaso covered bass and singing, and Walter I. Gonçalves Jr. took guitar and vocals. They kept things going for quite a while, and from what I’ve gathered, Dominic and Tommaso are still on good terms.

Looking at official documents from Pima County in Tucson, Dominic has a record that includes charges related to serious theft like breaking and entering, armed theft, misappropriation of funds, and driving under the influence.
Fast forward to these recent images from the Nest camera capturing a disguised figure breaking in, and a lot of folks are pointing out how much it looks like Dominic, especially the eyes, brows, and beard. Add in his tight bond with the family member who might know the ins and outs of the property.

Could he be the suspect?
