I remember my dad hapo Dec akiwatch news akasema Ruto ni mjinga zaidi. My mum bluffs from dining and says Ruto ni mjinga lakini mtu mjinga zaidi ni Yule alimpigia Kura. My dad alinyamaza the entire night kwa sababu alipewa tackle ya kimataifa.
Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna has announced that the Linda Mwananchi movement will temporarily suspend its activities in observance of Ramadan following a request from Muslim leaders. #starkenyanews
@ProfKibwana@OkiyaOmtatah If Kenyans are ready for a system that works for everyone, then Omtatah should be Kenya’s 6th President.
His commitment to transparency and accountability isn't just talk—it's his track record.
He wants to see Kenya thrive.
ILIKUWA UCHUNGU BUT MUNGU NI NANI !
Sometimes in life, we are placed in moments where we become the hope for someone who has nowhere else to turn. A little while back, a young mother reached out to me, crying, after being told that her daughter had only a few days to live if she couldn’t raise 1.5 million shillings for a heart surgery in India.
I went to visit them at Kasarani, without any money just my two phones and accompanied by my PA, who was also financially broke at the time. The mother told me she had no one else to turn to, that I was her last hope, and if nothing could be done, she would have to let nature take its course. The innocent child was on oxygen and couldn’t survive without it.
Through God’s guidance, I mobilized 750k in just two weeks, and her friends contributed the remaining 750k, moved by the child’s plight. With these funds, the baby was able to travel to India and undergo the heart surgery. Today, the child is off oxygen, healthy, and bringing joy to her mother.
This is not about me it’s about God using me to rescue an innocent life. It is a reminder that every life matters and that when we are given the chance to help, we should rise and do so.
Let this be a reminder: even in our limitations, God can work through us to create miracles.
Meanwhile yesterday I visited this little angel at their home .
I’ve just watched a disturbing report on NTV from Tana River.
And I am deeply shaken tonight.
A pregnant woman was bitten by a snake, believed to be a cobra or black mamba. (image of the snake below)
She was moved from hospital to hospital, where she was turned away due to a lack of antivenom
She finally reached Hola Referral(the largest government hospital in the county), and there, too, was no anti-venom.
Both she and the unborn child passed away.
And you see some people shout TUTAM & push hashtags here on X.
In present-day Kenya, no govt hospital should lack a basic life-saving drug.
No pregnant woman should die from a snake bite.
No one should die from snake bites
While government officials push hashtags about "fixing healthcare," the reality in our counties tells a different story.
This pain is unnecessary.
This loss was preventable.
Kenya deserves better.
Dear Mr. President, SIR:
WITH ALL DUE RESPECT.
I've, on this very platform, defined you in almost exact descriptions as you have to Cyrus Jirongo (RiP). For once, Sir, your every word here befits a true tribute to CJ, unlike other ritualistic tributes that you flash randomly as a norm. It'd be hygienic if we politicians, starting with the holder of highest office in the Republic, ceased what seems hypocritical "sadness" and "shock" just to fill condolence pages. Given the accusations levelled against you by Hon. Cyrus Jirongo, for years and until a few weeks ago, you'd have posed to reflect what to tell the country. Jirongo accused you:
1. That 1992, you forged supply of 1000 YK'92 T-shirts to be paid for 10,000.
2. That you strangled a young man to death in public as MPs George Kapten, Jirongo himself & others watched in utter shock.
3. That you killed ICC witness Meshack Yebei.
4. That you killed Jacob Juma, an accusation also made by Senator Boni Khalwale and alluded to by Speaker Moses Wetangula, on live media, which is still in youtube and other channels.
5. That you are an incorrigible liar who shouldn't be trusted or believed even once.
6. That you can't ever do any public project without your private financial interest therein, an accusation often levelled against you by your former Attorney General Hon JB Muturi who was, until recently, your minister of Public Service .
With all due respect, Your Excellency, Sir, though discretionary to your individuality on how you mourn whoever you want, it would be honourable to at least not ignore these serious things that Hon Jirongo agonised over against you for years and said them openly and fearlessly about you. Inarguably, as yourself once said during a funeral in his backyard, Hon Jirongo knows you better as he was your boss YK'92.
Sir, I write this opinion in absolute good faith, albeit with trepidation because we know you host little tolerance. We truly hope that for once, this round, you will pose to show sensitivity and respect by not faking a dirge just for passage.
Let me repeat what positives I've said about you before. One, you stick with and enable your friends. Two, you are a good Dad, even enviably so. Third, you're energetic, workaholic. Fourth, you're sharp upstairs. Fifth, you're eloquent. These attributes, your inalienable decorations. But the 3rd, 4th & 5th traits are worthless if used, as you do, to steal, lie, oppress, abduct, and kill. You can buy your weak critics as you did 2022, but the tag of liability to the country won't exit your profile. Yes, your energy crashed President Moi 2007, robbed PM Raila victory 2017, shamed President Uhuru & PM Raila 2022, as you craftly danced to western capitals for puppeteering. You mock Opposition to you that Raila was your only worthy rival for 2027 poll. While it is highly possible that some within opposition ranks are your moles, the restlessness, agony, despair, and hunger for change amongst Kenyans is unstoppable.
Fortunately, there is still time for you, Sir, to troop to reality, stop the shenanigans and mockery, and do the right things to enable you to retire honourably in a few months. And, don't for a minute underestimate citizens' resolve for a Kenya without you at the helm.
For now, ponder the pertinent Hon. Cyrus Jirongo QUESTIONS because they won't ever go away. CJ's bold spiriting voice shall continue to reverberate.
Think about it, Your Excellency, Sir
These are the people Samia's killer militia killed. This was a massacre. The people of Tanzania must come out this Tuesday,9th December 2025 to seek justice and accountability. That demon cannot walk away with murder.

Kasmuel is busy playing with fire, almost like poking his fingers into the anus of a polar bear.
I’m not a prophet but this kind of reckless behaviour might just become the spark that burns down his own political ambitions.
Edwin Sifuna once fearlessly challenged the Wamtam government back when Baba was still alive and Baba respected his courage.
Those were days when speaking truth to power could easily cost someone everything, yet Sifuna stood tall and unwavering.
The path Kasmuel has chosen is pure self-sabotage, it's almost spiritual in its destructiveness.
It’s as if the forces pushing him are not just political missteps but something darker and deeply misguided.
If he continues like this, he won’t need enemies, his downfall will be authored by his own hands.
@KinotiJoseph Mimi nisharealize ata shinda sio Ruto. Shinda ni kenyans themselves. Most of the healthcare workers are rude, extremely rude, and it has been normalized.
It's important for the Kenyan community in Tanzania to leave immediately or seek refuge elsewhere. There's credible evidence that Kenyans in particular may be targeted by Tanzanian law enforcement indiscriminately or worse, disappeared. The situation in Tanzania is severe, and as much as we would like to maintain regional stability, Tanzania is no longer a safe haven for anyone who delves into politics; it's not safe for journalists, nor even human rights defenders are spared. For this reason, the Kenyan Department of Foreign Affairs needs to urgently build a portal for reporting missing loved ones or for the displaced. Kenya should not be afraid to deploy military into Tanzania to rescue its own citizens or those of Kenyan descent.
What would be more important for Kenya is the right to remain informal. We need the government and global capital to respect the means of resilience for majority of people which exists outside the formal system
I hate America for alot of things, but I love them for a few things, like the 2nd ammendment. The constitutional right of citizens to own guns for self defense. If we had that in kenya or Tanzania, you would never see the police killing innocent people like that. Shooting in their homes and cars anyhowly, simply because they have guns. The Americans have something called the Castle doctrine. A law that states a mans home is his castle, and he has no duty to retreat from his house. If someone starts shooting at you in your house, police included,You are obliged to defend yourself. The african police misbehave because of the monopoly they have when it comes to owning guns
Tundu lisu the Tanzanian Opposition is really standing ground. Says he wont talk to Samia even if she tortures him more in jail. Raila angekua alitupeana mapema sana na akaendea dawa Satafrika kwa Msangoma
