Yesterday, Ciminelli filed a second SCOTUS petition. The first: Biden DoJ lost 9-0. Yet, inexplicably, a decade later, SDNY presses on: wasting resources; non-priority case; and no crime. No doubt @ChadMizelle47, DoJ should get “back to basics." That includes dropping Ciminelli.
