Thank you, Kisumu, for demonstrating the true strength of democracy choosing peace, embracing growth, and protecting democratic space. Progress is built when people engage with maturity, respect differing views, and put the future of the community first.

If i open a business in Nairobi, i will invest in some weird shit remote technology and screen employees like crazy, in my experience working especially in supply chain the weakest link is always the employees, people discover some very weird loopholes you can't even anticipate
The fear that Sifuna’s message might spread further is exactly why pressure was allegedly put on Radio Jambo not to host him tomorrow.
But history is clear: you can delay an idea, you can frustrate it, but you cannot kill it when its time has come.
If the mic is denied, the people will create one. Sifuna should do an X Space and TikTok Live instead.
I don't know if anyone has noticed this but Nairobi is emerging as a global MICE hub. Nearly 100 events in just a few months, with more flowing in daily. As uncertainty grows elsewhere, the world is choosing Nairobi. We’re sitting at the center of opportunity
If this video is what has put my life in danger, then let it be known today that I will not bow, I will not retreat, and I will never be silenced by threats, intimidation, or harassment.
Fear does not exist in my DNA. I was not raised to crawl before powerful men or tremble before a corrupt system. Cowards surrender. I do not.
For days there have been threats, pressure, harassment, and desperate attempts to break my spirit. They think fear can buy silence. They think intimidation can erase truth. They are mistaken.
No amount of state power, dirty money, or backdoor deals can bribe my conscience. My voice is not for sale. My dignity is not for auction. I refuse to kneel before criminals hiding behind authority.
I have already put @BernardKavuli on notice. If anything happens to me, he knows why. Kenyans know why. The country knows.
Let nobody imagine that terror will make me withdraw.
If speaking truth attracts danger, then I will face that danger standing, not hiding.
A nation dies when citizens become too afraid to speak. I refuse to be part of that death.
NEW BILL ALERT 🚨
CONSTITUTION OF KENYA (AMMENDMENT) BILL.
Senate Bill No. 7 of 2026
This Ammendment will bar any person who has served as governor from vying as a senator or as a member of the county assembly for the first 5 years immediately after serving as governor.
In a few short months, we will open the gates to the Bar Kowino Model ECD Centre in Bondo Sub County. Fully funded by the county government of Siaya.
This is far more than just a building; it is a sanctuary designed to give our children a dignified environment where they can thrive. By providing a safe and modern space, we are fostering the concentration necessary to drive better academic performance.
This initiative proudly supplements our countywide school feeding program, further delivering on the promises of our Nyalore Manifesto.

This ruling reflects a broader misunderstanding of art, youth culture, and the creative economy.
Criminalizing graffiti on matatus risks dismissing an entire artistic ecosystem that has become a powerful expression of Kenyan urban culture and a source of employment for many young creatives. From graphic designers and painters to fabricators, installers, and branding teams, this industry supports livelihoods and has helped shape the globally recognized identity of matatu culture.
The conversation should be about regulation, safety, and compliance, particularly where visibility and road safety are concerned not the blanket criminalization of artistic expression.
This is exactly why every institution, including the courts, must develop a deeper understanding of the creative industry and its economic impact before making decisions that could unintentionally undermine youth employment and cultural innovation.
Amkeni!!!
The government has allocated KSh 95.25 per learner for essential school needs. 95 bob. Not per day, not per week, just 95.
Look at the first picture then look at the shopping list for a grade 10 student. I bought exercise books and pens only right now because the money wasn’t enough to include all the requirements. Exercise books and pens cost us over 1000 shillings.
What exactly is that 95 shillings supposed to cover in today’s economy? Exercise books alone costs like a thousand bob. Add textbooks maintenance, stationery, teachers’ guides… and somehow that same amount is expected to stretch across all of it? How?
This is completely disconnected from reality. The cost of basic school supplies has gone up, transport has gone up, everything has gone up, but funding per child is sitting at an amount that can barely buy a decent pen and a few books.
Safaricom CEO Peter Ndegwa says M-Pesa processes about Sh100 billion daily (approximately $800 million) through over 500 million transactions, supported by a new platform capable of handling 10,000 transactions per second.
