Apologies, the exact opposite of what I said is true. It was my router settings. Somehow TV was on an out of range IP... Connected now and SW update complete :)

@PanaService_UK Hi, Panasonic smart TV apps haven't been working for a couple of days now. Shows connection to Router is fine but "connection to the internet is not possible". Is this a known issue? Fairly sure it's not my router settings as they haven't been changed.

@HSBC_UK Thanks for getting back to me. It was down for half an hour or so last night when I was trying to get on, was concerned there was an issue but it was fixed quickly.
