I think we need to be more honest with ambitious college-aged women about the realities of womens modern careers
We're been raised to believe we can achieve the same things as men now but everyone fails to mention how we only get 6 years of true momentum before our careers are deprioritized
It's infinitely harder to feel like you've achieved anything as a woman if you don't clue into this reality immediately upon entering the workforce

If you are a young woman considering going into accounting/finance, don’t.
You will be expected to pull the weight of everyone around you and you will never be compensated accordingly 😊
Industry doesn’t matter. It’s everywhere.
