@JamieLee720 @NyCArole426 @dcfan_22 Unless you click on the wrong thing, the 4shared link I posted is fine - imogen pulled up and made screenshots of the 2 possible spots to click to download the mp3 correctly. Someone may have inadvertantly clicked on an ad or something and not realized it.

@spitfire614 It also did it when I used the app on my phone last night too... even tho I'd selected to upload in 1080p in the settings, it's still only 480p.

@spitfire614 Yep, the chrome browser on my laptop, same as I have for years. I thought maybe it just hated the vertical phone vids (versus horizontal camera ones I've done in the past) til I saw yours was in HD.

@spitfire614 I was doing it from my laptop, and the settings there give no option for upload quality. I googled it, and the only thing it says is that sometines it takes a while to show up in HD because it's still processing... but my Ames videos are still 480p after a year. 🙄
