I’m currently receiving hundreds of messages from fellow teachers, nurses about workplace bullying. I want to respond to everyone individually, please bare with me. The stories all have key themes in common, mostly lack of regard for victims, manipulated grievance procedures & use of NDAs to wash the ‘problem’ away. Victims feel too stressed, broken, targeted, financially insecure to take their abusers to court, knowing how powerful & connected the NHS or Academy Trusts are. They are not only silenced but their future career opportunities are compromised. Eventually, they leave their beloved careers for good needing counselling & medication in most cases. Everyone who has contacted me has shared their relief at seeing someone speak out. I know I will be open to scrutiny but I care more about the victims than whatever I will be dragged through. I haven’t said anything that cannot be supported. I have folders of evidence which my tribunal judge didn’t let me present. The respondent had over two hours to present theirs uninterrupted. Hence, my passionate appeal process. I’m happy to be thrown to the trolls as nothing can top the 16 months of gaslighting & cover ups I’ve already experienced 💕
