@Daniele_Media You cannot manipulate the pitch clock…it counts down. He is not speeding it up or slowing it down. He is required to make eye contact in the box before 8 seconds. Anything before 8 seconds is HIS time. Just like the from 8 seconds to 0 is the pitcher’s time.
