Dear Team Railway as I am traveling with my Sister from Kashipur (KVP) to Moradabad (MB) train number 05364 & Since more than 1 hours train standing in outer area
This is matter of passengers safety & security
Plz take serious action on it

As last month my car got in an accident & then I applied for a claim in which the right front side door repaired & the rear door changed but after changing the door the same is not locking with the centre key

wrong pin code put by Kashipur DTDC courier team & now Delhi courier boy calling me and asking me to come office & pickup the parcel
I am very much disappointed with the service of DTDC POD slip no. U25260769 @DTDCIndia

@cjsikka not get a re-presentment claim (that is proof of transaction) from the respective merchant/merchant’s bank.

In the event that the bank receives any such proof/document in support of the transaction in dispute, the same would be duly sent to you as and when received from (2/3)
