Shame on you @swpolice. Damage to mine and son’s car, no call back from neighbour harassment and threatening cards sent to me by post. Numerous calls and still no response. What will he do to me before you take any action?

@swpolice @swpolice I have called numerous times and pc Jenkins never contacts me. I have completely lost faith that anything will be done so am I supposed to let the person that is harassing me continue to do so? I won’t be completing the link as it’s a waste of my time!

@HMRCcustomers I have already sent a copy of the letter to Adil, he has confirmed the letter is genuine and the letter tells me to call to give Bank details .. now you’re telling me different to what the letter advises?? Please refer to letter already sent

Service @HMRCcustomers is absolutely diabolical! 5 times tried to get through and on hold over half an hour each time but still can’t speak to anyone about my refund! Pity the poor staff that work there!!!!

@HMRCcustomers No.. I have received a letter advising me I’m due a refund, this letter has been confirmed as genuine. All I need to do is give my bank details but I just cannot get through having tried 5 times and waiting over half an hour each time! They’d soon get hold of me if I owed money!!
