@BiasedSlightly The NBA needs to just employ an expanded version of an NFL season. 30 teams, 14 playoff spots. Leaders of each conference get round 1 bye. Division leaders get playoff spot. Maybe like 64 games instead of 82 & you could disinctivise tanking by limiting qualification for the cup.

@frankmikesmith Less is more. It’s so obvious what they need to do. Less games, less playoff positions up for grabs (why do 20/30 teams make the postseason wtf). Change some of the rules to be more like the FIBA interpretation & lengthen the NBA cup further into the season bc that is sick.
