@DeanPreston @MatteFleischer Please understand the evidence is limited. These are EUA meds. We have limited evidence showing that it might cause more spread, essentially no evidence it helps. I am a doctor and I only reluctantly took it because I'm on chemo for cancer. The editor likely didn't need it.

@SocialMeasures @Walgreens @DGlaucomflecken @jtrebach @meganranney Often it is related to a patient's medication for addiction and I can't tell you how many times the poor care is associated with a terrible comment about "those patients" implying that they don't deserve care. It's sickening.

@SocialMeasures @Walgreens @DGlaucomflecken @jtrebach @meganranney I have had a near identical experience with our Walgreens and have unprofessional experiences that cause detriment to patients weekly. I have reported to corporate and am always and told I will get a call back in 2 to 3 days. They've never called me back.

@benabo @nbc6 Wow. You would think that @nbc6 would ask any ER doc before publishing a bunch of harmful myths. Or their own local international venom expert @benabo. A professional journalist has an obligation to fix their error before they cause harm to the public.

@nickmmark So many times considered how easy it would be to make money doing IVs but couldn't bring myself to sell my morals for $$. You almost can't blame them for accepting the money being thrown at them for a $2 bag of saline and vitamins you can get in a jug of OJ or an energy drink.

@XavierHelgesen Aneurysm is actually a classic example of something that is not well defined on MRI (please do your homework before posting...) An abnormality on MRI would likely require ionizing radiation with CTA imaging, which may show a false positive MRI.

@XavierHelgesen This will increase health care cost with unnecessary visits, not make it more affordable. And it will do so while increasing patient anxiety and complications from additional testing/treatment.

@DGlaucomflecken Those students wouldn't have been happy in FM or used the videos as an excuse. The videos aren't harmful. My med school track included a specific rural track and I trained in dual FM and EM... Currently working in critical access area. Your videos would not have deterred me.
