@bauerturf We assume moisture is the reason for faster. Morning stimp at around 9 still has some moisture on the blades. Afternoon stimp at 215 very dry surface.
@bauerturf I’d say most important part rolling and regulator. Smooth helps speed. We roll faster mid afternoon than at 8am. Very minimal growth, not measured. Mowing at .140. Things I never thought, mowing higher could be faster. Mowing at .125 and no roll, I doubt 11 consistently.
@bauerturf Current course we average 11 daily with some days higher depending on dryness. No topdress other than annual aerification. GDD paclo primo apps and minimal fert. Roots 3 inches below cup cutter all season. Rolling daily
@srgc_supt @AdamLesmeister Makes perfect sense. Hope you’re able to pull them and not have to track them down. Take care during these times, I look forward to more tweets in the future, hopefully you rolling up covers not climbing trees to get them.
@nicholasfolk@nicholasdaak North of Bluffton for me. Congrats, doe for me but back at it again Friday! To call it therapy is an understatement. Most relaxing times are in the stand
