Love a road challenge 😤

[CJ Wurster @cjwurster]

Another Half Ironman completed - this one was weird, swim was canceled because of weather so just bike and run. Finished in 5:35, well under my goal. Onto the next challenge! @ Tempe Town Lake https://t.co/zTbXJuuHzK

[CJ Wurster @cjwurster]

Last tune up swim at Tempe Town Lake before Sundays Half Ironman - thanks @4peaksracing

Seven years ago today our angel Emerson went to heaven. Today is always rough - but Kara and I are trying to do some random acts of kindness in Emmy’s memory to make some people’s day, and ease some of the pain. If you are moved to, please do the same #lovewhatmatters #BeKind

[CJ Wurster @cjwurster]

Enjoying some daddy/daughter time today #lovethiskid
