@lb_southwark could you please advise what is happening to recycling collections. Our recycling bin - and our neighbours - has not been collected for over a month. I understand hard to keep full service running ... but please let us know when we can expect a collection.

@Ocado. I am an existing customer trying to get a slot to deliver to my vulnerable parents (recent chemo & 70+). Is there a way I can get a slot for them please? I can't log-in as I am not vulnerable myself.

@sainsburys Hi. I am lucky to have a delivery slot today, but woke to email saying lots of items unavailable - incl. toilet roll. My family are in isolation, and reliant on this delivery. We aren't stockpiling, ordering just enough for the week. What is going on? I thought you had stock?
