@ZARA_Care I have a return being sent back to me due to being out of the return period. I just checked my order date and my tracking info but it was stuck in a usps facility for weeks. I sent it back in the returns period. Please help.

@Delta first of all you were so unhelpful when assisting me with my flight change which I then had to cancel and rebook at a premium due to emergency. My place actually landed 59 minutes ago and I am STILL waiting for luggage to come out at London Heathrow!
@Delta what absolute joke of a company u r. My hsbnd has been diamond & me a gold member for at-least 4 years. During covid all those “we’re in this together” emails yet I hve a fmly emergency & u try 2 chrge me another 120k miles to swap 2 following day on a plane only 1/2 full.
