I always thought the thing about McDonald’s ice cream machines was kinda exaggerated/a joke, but I’m now on my SIXTH consecutive visit to McDonald’s where their machine wasn’t working. Different stores, two different cities, over a period of about a month

@BrandyLJensen I burnt my hand pretty badly on an electric stove as a kid so had always been adamantly pro gas stove.. having tried induction a few times recently am absolutely sold that the safety outweighs any concerns I had about cooking

Yes! And it’s also ok to say you prefer gas for cooking but not enough to choose to use it over more environmentally sustainable alternatives
