Day 9. The Skibidi Toilet community is asking Invisible Narratives to give the creator of Skibidi Toilet, DafuqBoom, the opportunity to make one free public post.

So far, the company has not said a single word about #LetBoomSpeak, or explained why it keeps striking channels that are asking for it.

So here’s another reminder for @SkibidiOfficial, @dradamo07

Here are a few examples of the screenshots over which he managed to get our videos removed. Within our fandom, his public statuses and some of his replies to viewers became widely discussed because many people perceived them as dismissive and mocking toward the audience’s concerns, rather than respectful or constructive. That is why commentary channels showed these screenshots in the context of analysis and discussion, which falls under fair use.

A public Discord profile picture caused YouTubers to receive copyright strikes.

These strikes are being made through YouTube’s copyright system simply because this avatar is used as the cover for his podcast. The image is publicly available, and he is a public figure. In my case, it was shown for only a few seconds, as it is the same image he uses on his Discord profile. In the context of my video discussing the Skibidi Toilet situation, I referenced his publicly visible Discord status, which appeared to be mocking our movement, and also included screenshots of messages attributed to him, sourced from publicly circulating materials, to provide additional context and support the discussion.

For the past six months, most of my videos have been in support of the creator of Skibidi Toilet. As many are aware, he lost control over his channel and, due to contractual restrictions, is unable to speak freely. At the same time, the company publicly shared his private messages without his consent, which raised serious concerns about narrative control.

Because of this, we launched the #LetBoomSpeak initiative - a simple request asking the company to allow him to make at least one unrestricted public statement.

However, it has now been 7 days with no response. Instead, for the past 4 days, strikes have continued. Some of them are issued in David’s name in videos where his avatar appears even briefly, while others are issued directly by Invisible Narratives LLC over the use of Skibidi Toilet footage in commentary videos.

These strikes have affected multiple creators, including ZacDoor, Isotoilet, Super Cameraman, EliteBlueGuy, thedarkvoid, and Celanimation Theories.

Mass strikes against creators who are supporting DafuqBoom and discussing this situation raise serious concerns about potential misuse of the copyright system. The use of Skibidi Toilet footage in these videos falls under fair use, as it is used for commentary, reporting, and analysis.

dafuqboom creator of skibidi toilet is completely under the control of Adam Goodman CEO of Invisible Narratives and new owner of the skibidi IP; I had a call a few weeks ago with Adam where he told me many things; among the things he told me is the following I quote the words of Adam Goodman during the call: many questions revolved around whether Alexey could speak badly about Invisible Narratives, and the answer is no; we also cannot speak badly about Alexey; that is a standard clause in a confidentiality agreement;

My question: could dafuqboom compete with the original dafuqboom channel (now called skibidi)? Adam responded that he can create whatever content he wants, as long as it has nothing to do with skibidi, since it is part of Inviz's intellectual property; but if he wants to create other characters, like what he is doing now with doorcloser, there is no problem; Adam also said that we have a right of first refusal over everything he creates; we have the first opportunity to buy the rights to that creation; (every word that appears here is what Adam said during the call I had with him; not a single word was changed); this confirms that anything dafuqboom says against Adam Goodman new owner of skibidi toilet could be grounds for Inviz to sue dafuqboom

Several skibidi toilet YouTubers have been hit with copyright strikes by skibidi toilet owners, Invisible Narratives.

Fans have been outraged at them for months as boom, skibidi toilet creator isn’t involved in the series anymore and the company mistreated YouTubers previously.
