There’s no sense of decency @british_airways for people fighting cancer. My wife and I booked tix to Italy for our 30th anniversary, but had to cancel when I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and started chemo. Today, a BA agent refused to refund the nearly 3k. Shameful!
