Liberal MP Marilyn Gladu (who crossed from the Conservatives) just openly admitted how it really happened.

She was begging Minister Evan Solomon to restore 50% funding cuts to her riding. He replied: “Would you like a call?” — then set up a meeting with Prime Minister Mark Carney.

Gladu herself says she was shocked they’d even take her after she had “said awful things about the Liberals for the last ten years.”

Red team (Liberals): “We wanna spend like drunken sailors but we’re gonna keep all that oil, gas, and natural resources in the ground like it’s radioactive waste.” So how do they pay for it? Easy — they just take it straight from your pocket with endless taxes and fake “green” fees.

Blue team (Conservatives): “Let’s actually use the resources God gave Canada, create real wealth, and let YOU keep more of your own damn money instead of treating taxpayers like an ATM.”

Today? **$1.90/litre**… with oil at the same price.

That’s **52¢/litre** in Liberal taxes, carbon taxes, and taxes on taxes.

Same oil price.
Different government.
Different result.

Oil just topped $100 per barrel. As of five minutes ago gas is selling for $1.90/litre in my neighborhood.

The last time oil hit $100 per barrel was under Stephen Harper, yet gas prices topped out at $1.38 per litre back then.

Yes, the Iran war is affecting gas prices, but there’s about 52¢/litre that is the direct result of taxes, environmental taxes, and taxes on those taxes.
