@sdamico It's great. It was originally viewed as my 'nerd gadget' luxury as part of our kitchen remodel, but after using it starting just before Thanksgiving.. my wife no longer views it that way! So much nicer than the gas cooktop it replaced. What were your major changes for the -45?

Originally happened on it on a recommendation from someone we were talking to at Keenan earlier in the day..she called up the hill and got an appointment for us, and we’ve been back many times since. @staysmall Similarly, when something fails on the old and high mileage car and needs repaired, it seems like an annoying expense at first...but a blip once every great while versus paying hundreds a month in payments....the rare repair doesn’t seem so bad. 133k and still truckin’
