Devastated by Marshawn Kneeland’s passing

I lost one of my best friends and college roommates due to mental health three years ago and I still think about him every single day

He was one of the most kind, caring, and giving people I’ve ever known. It hurts me so much that he’s gone and the world lost someone like him so soon

Mental health is serious, it’s something I’ve had a lot of battles with over the years and I’m so grateful for my loved ones for having my back always and being there when I need it

Please always check in on your loved ones and take care of yourself. You’re never alone you have people who care about you

Don’t be afraid to talk to a mental health professional, I can’t overstate how much it helps and how valuable they are
